CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost before you can rebook. Late Arrival Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure every client receives the full care and attention their service requires, the following late policy is strictly enforced: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late to their scheduled appointment will be assessed a late fee of $25. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If arriving beyond a workable timeframe, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited. Please plan accordingly to allow for traffic, parking, and check-in time.
